Refund policy for membership purchases does not offer any change of mind refund. We will honour refunds on a case by case basis.

Some reasons we may consider a refund

  • Fraudulent payments made with stolen cards.
  • Account cancellations if you have not used any paid subscription services or benefits.
  • Membership subscriptions which could not be used because of a technical failure with our system that makes the app inaccessible to you for the full duration of the membership.


Please contact our support team and we will begin to process your refund request. Further information may be required to verify or validate your claim in which case we will respond to your support ticket and advise you of what information is required.
